Step 1: Create a Graceful Account

Your journey with Graceful starts by creating an account. There are two ways to do this:

Web Registration: Head over to app.graceful.io and click Get Started. You can create an account using an email address and password or by connecting a Google account. After creating an account, you'll be guided to download the app to login.

App First: Alternatively, you can kickstart the process by downloading the Graceful app directly. Once it's on your device, you can create your account within the app.

Step 2: Create a Hub

Hubs are your family's sanctuaries on Graceful.

If this is the first Hub you’re creating:

After installing the app, log in using your Graceful account. From there, creating a new Hub is a breeze. Just follow the prompts.

During the creation process, you'll have the opportunity to name your Hub, craft a concise description, and even personalize it further with a unique Hub icon. This ensures that each Hub is not only functional but also reflective of the memories and connections it holds.

To create additional Hubs:

If you're already a part of one or more Hubs and want to create an additional one, here’s what you need to do:

Access Your Hub List: While logged in, you'll find your current Hub's name at the upper left corner of your screen. Click on it.

Browse Your Hubs: A list of your existing Hubs will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the list.

Initiate Hub Creation: Below your list of Hubs, click on "Add another Hub."

Repeat the Hub Creation Process: The steps you followed to create your first Hub will be similar. You'll be prompted to name the new Hub, provide a description, and even add an icon.

Remember, each Hub can be tailored to a specific aspect of your life, ensuring that your digital organization remains as diverse as your experiences. Whether it's different branches of your family, friend groups, or unique projects – Graceful offers you the canvas to weave your digital narratives.

Step 3: Create Your First Capsule

Capsules are where memories reside. Crafting one is as simple as:

Once you’re in your Hub, tap "Create Capsule."

Fill in Details: Name your Capsule and give it a description. It's like a digital time capsule.

Add Content: Upload photos, videos, stories, and more – the essence of your family.

Organize: Arrange content within the Capsule to capture the story it tells.

Step 4: Invite Loved Ones

Sharing is at the core of Graceful. Invite family and friends to join your journey:

Access Hub Details: Click the three dots next to your Hub's name and choose "View Hub Details."

Generate Invitation: Click "Generate Invitation" to create an invite link.

Share Invitation: Forward the link via email, text, or your favorite messaging app.

Wrap-Up: Bringing It All Together
